- A delightful family residing in Lausanne is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Native English nanny to provide exceptional care for their two precious children, aged 2 and 4 years old.
The primary responsibilities of this role will center around nurturing the children's development and well-being, creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment in which they can thrive. I
In addition to direct childcare duties, the nanny will be responsible for maintaining the tidiness and organization of the children's bedrooms, ensuring a clean and orderly space. This includes tasks such as putting away toys, making beds, and generally keeping the rooms presentable.
Furthermore, the nanny will be expected to clean up after the children, which may involve wiping up spills, clearing away mealtime messes, and tidying up play areas. On occasion, the family may require some light household assistance, such as helping with laundry or running errands, but the main focus will remain on childcare and focussing on developmental and engaging activitties.
The family is particularly interested in finding a candidate who is a native English speaker,. Holding a degree or qualification in childcare or education is essential. Montessori training is also highly desirable, as the family appreciates the Montessori approach to learning and development.
The family deeply values art, music, sport, and physical activities, and they are looking for a nanny who shares these interests and can incorporate them into the children's daily lives. The ideal candidate will be able to create a positive and vibrant atmosphere, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning in the children.
To ensure the nanny's convenience and efficiency, a fully furnished studio apartment located in close proximity to the family home can be provided, if needed.
