Shinnae is a Consultant at Rockmybaby, based in Auckland, and has a background in Early Childhood Education as Teacher, Team Leader, Centre Manager and also previously a Visiting Teacher with Rockmybaby.

With Shinnae's extensive experience in ECE and Recruitment, Shinnae brings a wealth of knowledge around quality care of young children, home-based education, and the essential qualities of a great Nanny & Educator. Shinnae puts her heart into ensuring all families, nannies and educators remain well informed throughout the recruitment process and has a natural ability to build professional, trusting and respectful relationships with all involved.

Shinnae has her own beautiful little girl Evelyn, so her weekends are spent cherishing quality family time with Evelyn and husband Ritchie. Together they enjoy going for walks with their dog, visiting extended family, spending time at the parks or beaches, and exploring new places.
